Designed at a neighborhood scale, the Studio is intended to foster deep connections that build community & encourage collaborations in Sweet Auburn & surrounding areas. Become a member to meet new friends, have coffee with old friends, co-create something meaningful or even send an email, have a meet-up or attend events.
We are intentional about cultivating a diverse membership in race, gender & economic status, including participation from our most vulnerable neighbors. In addition, we seek members & participants from across sectors & vocations that contribute to the ecosystem of a community – especially reconcilers, placemakers & artists.
Sometimes building community needs to be prompted, so we facilitate a regular rhythm of activities, labs & events that help to nurture deep connections & stimulate meaningful collaborations. These activities are built into the flow of the Studio so members can conveniently avail themselves of any that are helpful.
